Do you offer In-person or telehealth services?

Both in-person and telehealth services are provided at this time.

What are your fees?

We offer comparable market rate fees and update our fee schedule annually.

Please contact us for our current fees.

In December 2020, the “No Surprise Act (NSA)” was signed into law and took affect January 1, 2022. It is primarily intended to protect patients/clients from unexpected out-of-network bills for healthcare. This requires us as healthcare providers to provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” for psychological services before we start treatment. Please review this document for more detailed information.

Do I have privacy in therapy?

Yes. All communications between you and your provider are strictly confidential unless you give explicit permissions, with a few exceptions. In the state of California, psychotherapists are mandated reporters. We are required by law to report instances of suspected child abuse, elder adult abuse, dependent adult abuse, and/or if you view and/or distribute child pornography. We may also be required or permitted to break confidentiality when we have determined that you present as a serious danger to yourself or to another persons.

Also, if you are interested in using your health insurance benefit, specific information is required for the submission of claims including a diagnosis.

Please contact us with further questions about privacy and confidentiality.

Do you take insurance?

Most of our services are out-of-pocket at this time. Some of our providers work part-time for other agencies that accept insurance. Please contact us for further details.

You can also finance therapy through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

If you are interested in using your out-of-network benefits, we would be more than happy to provide you the necessary paperwork for you to submit for out-of-network claims for potential partial reimbursement for services provided.

Please contact us with further questions about insurance.
