Adult Individual Psychotherapy

In our day-to-day lives, it can be difficult to notice when changes occur until we aren't able to do the things we used to do with relative ease. Similarly, we don't always notice a shift in our mood and how that shift may be affecting our overall well-being. The cause for these changes can be various stressors in our lives.

Additionally, we all develop methods of coping with these various stressors. However, sometimes these ways of coping may become overwhelmed and feel less effective.

With psychotherapy, we can begin to understand how these factors are impacting you, and help you find new, more effective ways of coping.

All of that being said, in our busy lives, a lot happens with little time to process all the things we experience. Sometimes, we just need a space to make sense of what has happened. I hope to be able to create that space with you.
